You can find the Information Desk located on Level 2, ground floor, Platt Street entrance. Our staff will assist you with patient location and directions to departments. Transport timetables are on display in the foyer.

Should you, however, wish to make a formal complaint, or if you would like to discuss your care with hospital management then you are welcome to address your telephone call or correspondence to the General Manager, or to either of the Directors of Clinical Services, Medical or Nursing.
